• Directed and executed Q4 2013 Frank’s Dream, Frontier’s first social media amplification campaign included Chimney Dash Game, Videos and social media sweepstakes Grew “Like” base to 75% increase over baseline
• Developed, directed and executed Q4 2014 Gift of Security Campaign. Significant lift in Frontier Secure sales month over month
• Helped bring to life in less than 60 days and directed new brand campaign featuring spokesman, Frank the Buffalo, resulting in increased market share of 8%. Unique campaign tactics to Frontier included simultaneous internal and external marketing launches, and new media such as pre-roll and digital video.
• Directed Frontier Broadband trial, the most successful trial launched by Frontier, resulting in approximately 15% lift in Q1 company broadband sales
• Developed strategy and executed the biggest marketing promotion for Frontier acquisition, Q4’12 Apple Gift Card Promotion to increase demand and overall internet, video and phone sales.
• Developed, launched and managed Q2’12 athlete-sponsored campaign within FiOS markets called FiOS F.A.S.T. Campaign tactics included SEO/SEM, display, microsite, local events, DRTV, print and direct mail.
