W.O.M.E.N. in America is a fresh and authentic professional development group aimed at advancing promising professional women.  We provide exclusive Mentoring, Education and Networking in an 18-month program.


W.O.M.E.N. provides mentees with access to a network of high-level executive women in their field, who mentees can turn to for professional support and guidance. Access to such a network will enable mentees to further develop and advance their careers, and position these women to serve as mentors to the next generation of female leaders.


Cluster and Tri- Cluster meetings provide mentees with educational opportunities through skill building sessions led by subject matter experts. These opportunities allow mentees to develop skills that are critical to success in their respective industries.  In addition, they can forum to discuss any current challenges and issues they are facing within the workplace.


W.O.M.E.N. helps form lasting personal and professional relationships, through interaction in cluster and tri-cluster meetings. These meetings allow both mentees and mentors to interact with professional women from a variety of fields, and aids mentees in helping them form a professional support network that includes peers, mentors, and sponsors.
