Congrats to our founding mentor, Joan Amble, who was recently selected for inclusion in the 2013 NACD Directorship 100, which each year recognizes the most influential leaders in corporate governance. Joan was also appointed to the NACD Blue Ribbon Commission on Executive Talent Development and just this past month she was appointed to the NACD Audit Committee Chair Advisory Council. The council is comprised of highly experienced committee chairs from leading companies together with senior regulators, institutional investors, and others that gather for informal discussions about how to strengthen corporate governance generally, and the work of audit committees ...in particular.
